Duke Narcyz Nerozik

Duke Narcyz is a good man who wants the best for his people and his king but he is not a strong man and lacks confidence. His advisors basically run his realm because he agrees with whatever they say.
The Duke is an ardent worshiper of Hallisan and basically lets his Guardian advisors control his armed forces.  The Duke's seneschal handles most day-to-day decision.
Fortunately the duke's advisors are good people. If his advisors slipped or were replaced by less moral people, Narcyz probably wouldn’t notice.  The problem is Duke Nerozik's vassals are becoming more independent every day and he hasn't noticed.
