Lady Adyna Kovenoth the Cold

A first generation dragon blood, Lady Adyna may have been named in honor of her mother Adyna the human, but she did not get along well with her mother or most other humans. She very much bought into the view that dragon blood should guide humans and that humans were too weak and stupid to properly lead themselves.
While dragon bloods are known for their arrogance, even her colleagues believed she went too far. She was never cruel to her human subjects but she clearly had no respect or empathy for them.
Her leadership style could best be described as that of a copper pinching miser.
