Lord Tecwyn Fremiss the Second was a second generation Dragon Blood.  He had his father's ambition and shared his scion's bitterness at being pushed unfairly away from the throne, but he lacked his father's talent.
He was a mediocre manager, diplomat, warrior, and sorcerer.  While his frustrated ambitions made him bitter towards his fellow dragon bloods, he did not take out his frustrations on the small folk.  He was viewed as a generous lord and beloved by the people.
