Prince Henryk Linijka the Bard
Prince Henryk Linijka, I (a.k.a. the Bard)
Prince Henryk Linijka the First was the second born son of King Ziven Linijika II, the Wise. He died tragically young and never saw the crown but his son would eventually inherit the crown.
By most accounts, Henryk was very charismatic. He was well-liked by his noble peers and the commoners alike, but he was a mediocre warrior and administrator at best. His sense of duty made he try to be a good statesmen and minister but in his heart he would rather be singing and partying. He was not only a very good musician, but he was a bardic wizard, though not an especially powerful one.
While he never overtly showed signs of jealousy, it is speculated that he was envious of his older brother Ziven Linijika III the Tall who not only was first in line to inherit the crown but genuinely considered smarter than him and definitely more physically gifted.
Historians still debate whether his death in battle was an unlucky fluke or the result of Henryk trying desperately to prove himself to his family and nation.
He left behind two daughters and a son (first born) who would one day be king.
