A second born dragon blood born to King Steffon Numaness the First and Lady Owena Goirsonad the Diviner. Prince Steffon Numaness II was the heir apparent of his father the first king of Fumaya. However his father outlived him so he never became king though he did not die before having four sons.
No one admitted this out loud, but many of his contemporaries believed it was a good thing that Steffon II never became king. He tended to find diplomacy and estate management to be dull and focused on martial pursuits almost exclusively.
