Shalim Quin

Shalim Quin is a middle-aged lashunta politician from a wealthy family who held significant power in the government. He had a reputation for being selfish and uncaring, prioritizing his own interests over the welfare of others. He saw the high number of warpers on the inhospitable planet as a threat to his own power and influence, and he used the collapse of the space relay line to turn public opinion against them. Quin blamed the warpers for the collapse, claiming that their abilities were unstable and caused the disaster. He used his influence to prevent the government from providing aid to the affected area, which only worsened the situation. When Karesh bombed his car in retaliation, Quin was badly injured, but managed to survive with extensive cybernetic enhancements.
