Use of Etheron as Magic

Anyone with sentience is capable of using Etheron to achieve the impossible; warping reality around them in minor to major ways. These individuals are known as "Warpers". There is however a measurable limit, in that the amount of naturally occuring Etheron within you limits how much you can use when you attempt to warp reality. If an individual only has a small amount, they are unlikely to do much more than create a small light or knock over a cup, and entirely incapable of causing any harm at all. Individuals at this level need not register their level of Etheron with the Tare Achuann, however at greater power you are recommended to seek them out yourself, or they may potentially seek you out.
