The Swan

The Swan sits on the corner of a busy intersection surrounded by other shops and a few other pubs. It is a brick building with plenty of windows showing the livery inside. Over the door hangs a simple wooden sign with a swan painted on both sides. There is a lingering stench of alcohol and stale cigarettes that lingers on the street. The inside seems a bit more modern than the brick exterior might suggest but still has a rustic feel. A dozen or so wooden tables fill the open space. Banners and flags of the blue and white of Millwall are hanging throughout the bar as well as some more traditional paintings of the English countryside. There is an Oak bar finely polished and usually full of patrons. As you scan the room you notice behind the bar, a late 30's woman with curly fire-red hair tied up in a loose bun. Shapely, loud, and lively with magnetic energy.
On a game night, the pub is packed with patrons matching the blue and white because they know Leda offers cheaper drinks if you do. Most also know not to piss her off or she will bring out Ole Red. A very worn red bat underneath her bar.
