The Ravagers are a perfect example of the dangers of the Outside.

Hargrud Oneeye, the leader of the Ravagers, is a mighty overlord that subjugated some feral tribes of the Outside in a horde powerful enough to attack civilized outpost and small city. The superior firepower and mobility given by levitationals should be enough to keep these barbarian away from civilized outpost or imperial radepost, but somehow the Ravager horde have the ability of defeat the defenders and attack the walled city unexpected.

Their danger is enough that an Imperial Execution Force was set on their track and a bounty for the head of Hargrud was collected from the League merchants.
