Organization History

The Winter Witches are an ancient and mysterious organization that resides in the frozen lands of the north. Their existence is known only to a few, as few dare to venture into those dangerous lands. They are said to have gained the power to survive the extreme temperatures of the north through the use of ancient magic and secret arcane practices.

Actual Situation

The organization is mainly made up of women, although there are few men in it. They are masters of ice-elemental magic, able to use their life energy to generate intense blasts of cold and manipulate the creatures of the north. They also use spells to defend their lands and keep them hidden from prying eyes.

The Winter Witches are not aggressive, but they do not tolerate the intrusion of strangers on their lands. They are said to have sealed a treaty with the Norren and other northern peoples centuries ago, where they allow them to cross their lands in exchange for offerings of food and more. However, those who venture beyond the accepted boundaries risk attack or magical punishment.

Notable Members

The Winter Witches are led by an elder priestess, Symrael, called "the Ice Queen". This figure is revered by the people as a deity, able to control the weather and the wild creatures of the north. It is said that only those who serve her faithfully can hope to gain powers similar to hers.

Locations & Resources

The exact location of the Winter Witches, who appear throughout the far north, is unknown. Some scholars are convinced that they live in a city made of pure ice on the north pole of Valenor, but given the terrible weather conditions no one has ever been able to confirm it.
