The windship "Samsara" which operates postal service between Shan (Capital of the Alfan Confederation) and the main cities of the Hansa Principalities is almost a week behind the expected travel time.
There are many voices calling for a research expedition, as a Postman's journey is almost risk-free. Are we perhaps dealing with Pirates again?
