A dangerous dissident of the Khedrim of Kamamaya (Rjaesh Mahdoor) seeks refuge in the territories of the Susaydis Province. The Khedrim threatens to invade the territory, landing and occupying the city of Mucak. The Imperial Bayan who control the territory agrees with the Khedrim for the return of the dissident, but provokes the reaction of the locals who, taking advantage of the war between Arborea and the Empire, overthrow the authority of the Bayan and confederate to counter the threat of the Khedrim of Kamamaya.
