THE "BLACK THRONE" UNDER SEIZURE

The windship Black Throne, moored in Shan, is seized by order of the Burgomaster.
The ship's sailors were arrested last week on charges of complicity in more than one murder. Furthermore, it appears that the ship comes from Adras and not from the Principalities as declared by the shipowner Norman Cromrad.
The shipowner is a fugitive and is wanted throughout the entire territory of the confederation.
