The windship "Samsara" was reported lost two decades ago, but she finally arrived in port. Samsara, which provides postal service between Shan (Capital of the Alfan Confederation) and the main cities of the Principalities of Hansa , was involved in an attack by savage peoples. The Windship was forced to fly very low due to bad weather, and a group of raiders used magic to attack it and forced it to land.

Luckily, a group of settlers and adventurers rescued the ship and helped repair it. The settlers have repossessed a city in the territory between Alfan and Hansa, and since the city already has a docking tower, it could soon become a good place to stop and refuel on this route.
