Councilor Jonathan Ferguson's (FC:AS:R) young daughter Eleanor has been missing from their Shan mansion for over 2 weeks. Her disappearance occurred under mysterious circumstances; the girl was in her room, on the second floor of the building, and with the bedroom door locked.

The family fears for the girl's safety, given that no ransom requests have been received. Furthermore, given the political role of Councilor Ferguson (he is part of the majority and the Rose party) political revenge or an attempt to influence the Councilor's vote cannot be ruled out.
