Alcubierre Points
Alcubierre Points are folds, or even knots, in spacetime that are located along the outer edge of a solar system, often near or within the orbit of a system's outer planet or near its Kuiper belt.
These 'knots' are connected to cold hydrogen streams that lace their way between star systems. It has yet to be explained if the folds are a primary cause of the hydrogen stream or if these spacetime folds attract the hydrogen streams.
In either case, these are instrumental for interstellar travel through use of a Cannae Drive.
Always on the Move
It was found these points move in relation to the gravitational shift of a system. The current theory is that the Alcubierre Points are related to the gravitational 'flow' within a solar system and its orbiting bodies. In fact, the Alcubierre Points themselves orbit a star, keeping a regular and measurable distance from a system's star.
