Pickpocketed Juttar once, Juttar followed him. After some threats gave back money, and they became friends kinda. Spent some months traveling, living together and doing cons. He was good with words, Juttar protected him from himself. At some point near the south border of Sturgia swindle went wrong with a noble and his body guard. Split up & tried to meet him back later, but Arthur never showed up.
