Demon, top half of face covered in a mask with bells, bottom half has a too large smile with rotting teeth. Has torn wings and floats. Heavy armour.

Last seen escaping the Iron Scabbard Mines near Veita, description of abilities were given to the local guard.
Rallied part of the miners in the Iron Scabbard mine, promised to manage / sell their assets and the profits would be theirs. Possibly cast the Silent Image with fiendish traces. Claims he was sent by the gods (specifically the Shepard).
Capable of charming people, giving them a greyish haze over their eyes, then giving them instructions to follow. Capable of floating/flight, quite fast. Able to disappear, likely invisibility, possibly teleportation.
