A regent of Galduran, initiated two coups against different political factions in the Hobgoblin empire, joined neither and after their collapse reclaimed Galduran as it's king.

Around 800 years ago, the Hobgoblin kingsdoms to the east of Galduran initiated a conquest that spanned from Sturgia to parts of Torres. Rebellions broke out in several locations which caused the empire to collapse in on itself quickly.   A large part of this internal destruction was thanks to a Galdurian named Argrash III, the Shrewd. He was known to have caused this destruction from within by planning coups with different political factions, then joined neither of them. Being the previous regent of Galduran, he reclaimed the kingdom after this collapse as it's new king.
