Vargur
Vargur is a well known and well respected Illithid that has lived amongst the Myconids since the early creation of Carrion. His peculiar infatuation with food caused him to be rejected by his hive. Cast out and critically injured, he was rescued by the Myconids during an expedition to their old home. Vargur has sworn to do all he can to protect Carrion, not known for his strength in a fight however he has managed to craft many of the delicacies Carrion has come to offer and provides food free of charge to the cities guard.

Owing his life to the Myconids, Vargur feels a deep sense of dedication and respect for all that they have built. He will always stand beside the city of Carrion no matter the cause.

Vargur is an excellent cook and has managed to create a thriving garden outside the Malted Mushroom. Rumor has it he can telepathically speak with his plants.
