Anti-Failure Training
A tradition which keeps monsters or bad luck awayMany agents at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. try hard to be the best at what they do so that when are assigned to a mission, they complete it without a hitch. Many agents are frightened of being severely injured and sent off to The Styrax, so they take extreme measures to ensure that their safety is a priority.
History
Anti-Failure Training is a newer class that was added to the regimen for Introductory Interns and even other mature W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. agents who desire to take it up. This class was requested by several operatives who wanted to receive tips and pointers on how to avoid accidents and injuries in the field that could result in being sent off to The Styrax and potentially being Erased.
Execution
This class is available in many forms. There is one session that spans over the course of weeks, and there is another option that covers intense learning within one to three days time. The most experienced agents who have retired and are now resolving to teach others around the W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. bases conduct the classes. They share their first-hand knowledge, go over their past missions and recount things they should and shouldn't have done. This helps new agents and those who are afraid of failure to have valuable insight and foolproof tactics to follow when they are in trouble.
