Bunker 421

A secure facility where data is stored. The location holds five stories underground and is secretly owned by W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. who utilizes it for high-stakes mission simulation trainings in which the agent(s) assigned believe it to be a true mission as opposed to a test. Certain Base Operatives are tasked with observing the agent(s) as they move through the bunker, monitoring their communication and actions through surveillance devices. Sometimes, the Base Ops are allowed permissions to manipulate the environment, pushing the agent(s) into scenarios higher-ups would like to see their reactions to.
