Groundskeeper
IDEA: Groundskeeper is the internal term for workers who are stationed at The Underbrush apartment buildings. Anyone from front desk to janitors and other "contracted" people who help to maintain the place are all actually sourced from inside the WILLOWISP organization. Some of these work at decoy locations that serve the general public while others work directly in the facilities that house agents.

Commander McCox Gives Newbies the Rundown: Groundskeepers...they're the people who work at any of The Underbrush apartment complexes. Buildings that house W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. operatives only must only have internal employees. At these facilities, agents don't have to worry about an unsuspecting worker or resident accidentally finding out about the organization. Now, the company does have to be super careful, though, to make sure all the staff stays on their toes without looking too suspicious. Sometimes, an outsider willl stop by the apartments to ask a question or to inquire about moving in. The receptionist on duty has to strategically make up an excuse about how there are no vacancies, or offer to put them on the waitlist. They can also refer them to one of the Underbrush decoy locations which are conveniently placed around the globe not too close but not too far away from the agent-only ones. Pretty smart, right? I think it would be cool to work at W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. and have a normal job. It's like you're a spy, but not quite. You're in on a bit of the action with not too much burden or danger. There's a lot that the company doesn't share with those employees, though. Then again, there's a lot the company doesn't share with you as an Introductory Intern. I'd be lying if I sad that regular agents know everything. Heck, even I don't know everything...
