Gianni Nicolas' Home

Gianni Nicolas is the hunter for the town of Agrosmikros. He provides meat for the Fuchsia Fish Tavern, the Agrosmikros Castle and some of the peasantry.

Purpose / Function

This is where Gianni Nicolas lives and sells the results of his hunting.

Design

The room is only fourteen by fourteen feet. The walls are a white-washed color as is the domed roof, though timber beams arch across the space below it from each corner. The west wall contains a large stone hearth.

Entries

The east wall contains a single wooden door, which has been painted blue. It also has the only window, covered in a semi-transparent material to let the light in but keep the elements out.

Sensory & Appearance

The room feels cluttered and smells strongly of fur and smoked meat.

Denizens

Gianni Nicolas is usually out hunting, but there are five pups, that he is training as hunting dogs, roaming the area. It is easier to find Gianni Nicolas at night.

Contents & Furnishings

Gianni Nicolas's bed is on the north wall with a trunk at the foot and a single afghan on the bed and, if he is home, a stocked hunter's backpack - specifically a bedroll, flint and steel, a travel pot, rope, a spell component pouch, five days worth of elk jerky, a waterskin and a wooden holy symbol.
Over the fire hangs a large pot. Hanging from pegs on the mantle are an iron skillet, a ladle, a cutting knife, and several pouches of spices - specifically salt, pepper, mint and oregano.

Valuables

The trunk contains several whistles to mimic animal calls, camouflage netting, and a scent cloak.

Other than the barking dogs, there are no traps or hazards at this location.

Architecture

This homes is wattle and daub contraction. It is a square building with a domed roof.

History

Gianni Nicolas constructed the home himself when he came to Agrosmikros.
