This talisman was given to the adventurer Kensadd Vanimóron by the wizard Ilcaro Vantaro, who first created the talisman in 791.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

This talisman increases your proficiency with a bow, both at close range and at greater distance. It also increases your proficiency with the panflute. In addition, when you successfully play the panflute birds will be attracted to you and begin to chirp to your song.
