Hallvei

Local Information

Hallvei is a planet in the Risaka System. It is believed to have been the site of a Mandate base prior to the Scream, but the non-breatheable atmosphere and complete lack of a biosphere have left the planet undesirable for colonists after the end of the Silence. A single ruined edifice is still in orbit around the planet. The only visitors are researchers and the occasional rich tourist interested in the odd but beautiful geology here.
