Pros

The people of Pros are resilient. They need to be, considering that their world was airless and lifeless even before the Scream cut them off from the rest of the sector. Pros achieved a stable spacefaring technology base when the high levels of orbital debris brought on Kessler Syndrome. This crippling condition is caused by space debris becoming so numerous and hazardous that a planet is no longer able to develop spaceflight. The inhabitants of this world were trapped by their own success until explorers re-mapped the metaspace routes. Now there is a considerable effort underway to sweep up orbital corridors around the planet and reintroduce spaceflight to Pros.
