Hollow Skull

One of the four remaining pirate factions split from the remains of the Turtle Skull Fleet, operating out of the Vesta Belt.
They care little about the legacy of the Fleet, their group cobbled together from forces fairly new to the belt. Their leadership only barely acknowledges the history of privateering in the region, more focused on profit and excess than anything else.
Known to be the most cruel and unusual of the Fleet shards, employing brutal tactics to capture their pray. Known for their patchwork ships and vividly graffitied hulls, they ram, harpoon, and corral their targets, using their thick hulls to get in close even under weapon's fire.
From rare metals, to illicit drugs, to captured crew, the Hollow are known to trade in it. They aren't known to set up many permanent bases of operation, instead relying on independent or pirate controlled stations to offload their goods. They are infamous for prowling the depths of Chelyevsk in particular.
