Corith Secundus
The most populous world in the Corith system, Corith Secundus acted as an industrial hub for millennia. Its mines, refineries, and factories forever hungry for labor and material. Since the unification of the Seelen Stream, the world has fed this drive for human capital by acting as the primary penal colony. Many of whom are housed in the massive Corith Penal Pens that orbit around the planet itself until they can be brought to the surface to work in the fires of Corith Secundus's industry.
Geography
Due to powerful tectonic activity, the world has produced steep peaks and deep oceans full of exploitable materials. These mountain ranges give way to large swathes of leveled areas caused by millennia of human mining activity and colonization. Due to its artificially thickened atmosphere, the world stays swelteringly humid and hot in most areas with the only relief being at the poles of the world. Most oceans have been rendered toxic caused by planetary manufacturing and mining, which when evaporated and mix with the fumes of Corith Secundus's hive cities, would render the atmosphere unbreathable if not for the ancient atmospheric scrubbers dotting the planet.
Ecosystem
Corith Secundus's natural biosphere collapsed thousands of years ago and much of what remains on the surface is either barren wastes or chemical sump swamps with sparce, mutated life. The most common surviving ecology resides in the abandoned mining tunnels of the planet and routinely prey on the hapless prisoners sent to extract resources from their depths.
