The Cerulean High, or Cerulean Highsun, has been a member of
Mahoryo since S313, but not much is known about his particular abilities.
Appearance
The Cerulean High wears light blue and purple padded armor which is loose and free flowing. He wears a golden colored mask that obscures his face and is tied with silver silk cloth behind his head, and has long flowing brown hair. He carries a variety of daggers and a golden colored mandolin on his back.
