Cord Order Leader

The leader of an officially sanctioned Order in The Cord is primarily responsible for moving operations forward. Good leaders are fair, level headed, and calm under pressure.
When there is any debate about how to proceed, it is the job of the leader to listen to all proposed options, pick the top two, and organize a vote. In the event of a tie, the leader is responsible for breaking that tie.
When there is no time for debate or votes, it falls on the leader to make quick split second decisions on behalf of the Order.
