Cord Order Motivator

The motivator of an officially sanctioned Order in The Cord is primarily responsible for the mental and physical well being of Order members. This includes the primary adventuring party as well as the staff employed to support them. Knowing when to spent money to keep people happy is key to long term profitability. Good motivators are great at communication, empathy, and making people happy.
