Kai

A Kai is an informal organization comprised of fans of a specific individual, or less frequently a small group of individuals. Colloquially they are known as fan clubs. The members of the group or the individual which they are fans of are considered the idols of the Kai. Although the idols themselves are not members of the Kai, many idols interact directly with members of the Kai to help it grow. In this way, the Kai supports the popularity of the idol and the idol supports the popularity of the Kai.
