Kanko Izumi

Kanko has served as Regent of Takusen and Daimyo of the Northern Province since S308.

Personal History

Kanko was born in S253, to Rei Izumi who headed the 2nd branch of the Izumi Clan.
When he was only 7, his mother was appointed Regent of Takusen, and 15 years later she also took on the role of Daimyo of the Northern Province.
In S285 Kanko's wife gave birth to their first born, a daughter named Kikyo. In S287 she gave birth to their second born, a son named Koin.
In S308, when his mother's health began to fail, Kanko took over her roles as both regent and daimyo.
