Maiden's Kiss

This "specialty drink" is actually more of a prank. Two teaspoons of salt is served first, followed by a shot of "fine liquor" which is actually pure lemon juice.
The name comes from the fact that the sour taste makes your mouth pucker like you're going in for a kiss.
