Akula's Conjure Malicious Caltrops

You throw a caltrop into the air and choose a point within range. 10-foot square centered on point is covered with ethereal caltrops and turns it to difficult terrain for duration. When caltrops appear each creature in area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or stop moving and take 1 piercing damage. Until the creature regains at least 1 hit point, its walking speed is reduced by 10 feet. A creature that enters the area or ends it turn there must also succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take one peircing damage and suffer from previous effect.
