While wearing this amulet you gain +3 to attack and damage rolls for unarmed strikes (not natural weapons) and are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity. Additionally when you take necrotic damage you deal that much additional damage on your next unarmed attack. (Maximum of 20)
This amulet is unable to be hidden when in use, it produces a bright glow that is visible through any armor or clothing that may be covering it. Additionally a thumping heartbeat can be heard while you are using it.
