This flat teal metal card is able to store Mercs and Transfer to other M.T.S.D aswell as other compatible devices. Normally device is only usable by the person who owns card but the cards security is not fool proof.
Standard M.S.T.D are not usable by creatures of the construct type or races such as Warforged.
Must be with 5ft to transfer
