Once this item is used, you passively regain 1 Hit Point every 6 seconds as long as you have 1 Hit Point remaining. However, that only works in combat, as your adrenaline overworks the nanos to keep you alive. Once out of combat, the nanos must conserved energy, so your regen slows down to 1 Hit Point every 10 minutes.
