This magic tubular belt has two holes on the sides with hatches over them, no matter how hard you pry you can’t open them. As a bonus action when the belt is within 100 ft of you you can say the command word and summon two semi-translucent spectral arms from the hatches on the sides, you can also dismiss the arms (no action required). You can control the arms telepathically and use them the same as your own (they do not give you an extra action, bonus action or reaction)
