The Collar of Succubus/Incubus Charm

A collar imbued with Colsan’s magic, it was enhanced in the abyss to give the wearer succubus qualities.

The wearer of the collar gains advantage against being charmed and all charisma checks, its properties also gives the wearer +5 to all charisma checks. As an action, the abyssal energy flows throughout your body, allowing you to grow both succubus wings and tail from your body. The user gains a flying speed equal to half their walking speed and the user can use their reaction to sweep the leg of a creature within 5ft of you with their tail, the creature must make a Dex Save DC of 21 or be knocked prone. This transformation only last for about an hour.
