They appear human but have two hearts, nonatter how many times they regenerate they will appear human
Age: age at the same rate as humans but can live much longer, they mature at age 18 and can live to 80-100 years with one life

Ability score increase: +2 int +1 dex

Regeneration: when you reach 0 hp you can choose to regenerate which ends at the end of your next turn regaining full hp and you look different but you gain 1 lvl of exhaustion, if you take any damage while this is happening you fall unconscious and fail 1 death save and cant use this trait until the next month, this can only be used a maximum of 12 times

Alignment: they lean towards more lawful alignments but can be influenced to different ones

Size: medium, 5 ft to 6 ft tall

Languages: common and two others of your choice
