Vishkanya {Yuan-Ti Variant}

VISHKANYA (Yuan-ti Variant bloodline)
Not much is known about the mysterious Vishkanya. Since they usually keep to themselves,most other races have little knowledge about them aside from the reptilian elements of their appearance and the danger that their venomous blood and saliva pose. Because of the latter, Vishkanya are often associated with assassins. But while many Vishkanya tend to accept the generous coin they often get offered due to their reputation, the truth is that no sweeping generalizations can be rightfully made.   ALIEN BEAUTY
Vishkanya appear as lithe and tall humans with only a few but important differences in appearance. Most noticeably, their eyes are featureless and of a shining golden color. Their skin looks particularly smooth from just a few feet away but it is actually made up of tiny scales.
These scales are usually of a dark human skin-tone but can display various intensities of green.
In some cases, they are of multiple colors, forming patterns not unlike those of a snake. A Vishkanya’s final distinguishing feature is its forked tongue. Vishkanya are generally taller than humans but are surprisingly light and flexible. The average Vishkanya stands about 6 feet high and weighs a mere 130 pounds.   FASCINATED WITH POISON
The blood and saliva of all Vishkanya have a poisonous effect on other living creatures. While the poison is not deadly on its own, its victims quickly find themselves disoriented and feeble, becoming easy prey for any previously equal opponent. It comes as no surprise then that many Vishkanya are fascinated with poisons in general. In fact, poison plays a central role in Vishkanya culture in most worlds and most Vishkanya get educated in the make-up and application of a multitude of poisons from an early age.   VISHKANYA TRAITS You have several traits in common with all of the Vishkanya Bloodline (applicable traits replace those of Yuan-ti pureblood)

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Size. Vishkanya are half a foot larger than humans on average, ranging between 5½ and 6½ feet. Yet, they only weigh 160 pounds on average. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness up to 30 feet as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Predator's Resilience. Given their own venomous blood, the Vishkanya display an inherent immunity against poison. You have advantage on saving throws against poison conditions, and you have immunity against poison damage.
Escape Artist. Vishkanya are very limber. Whenever you make a Dexterity or Acrobatics check to escape grapples or bindings, you are considered proficient in the Acrobatics skill and add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.
Poison Proficiency. You have proficiency with the blowgun and the poisoner’s kit.
Toxic. Vishkanya often coat their weapons with their own venomous blood or saliva. As an action, you can cover one melee weapon or three pieces of ammunition in venom for one minute.
A creature hit by an attack with a coated weapon or projectile must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for one minute. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. (Effect= 1d4 penalty for dexterity modifiers, or is staggered for 1d4 rounds before falling asleep for 1 minute, effect must be decided before applying the poison. For attacks made to bite the Vishkaya or come in contact with their poisonous blood or saliva it defaults to the Dex penalty.)
If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to your venom for the next 24 hours. Languages. You can speak, read and write Common and Abyssal.
