Buukpai

Buukpai is the largest city populated by the Farenese Remnants in the Misiitauu Jeu. It is located at the center of the large dust plain, surrounded on all sides by a flat landscape. Those who live there are the remains of the old Farenese people who once populated the nation of Faren before the conquest of Ilya Shiroko in 301. Ever since, they have kept their traditions alive while also somewhat mixing with the dominant culture of Eoion. 
The Farenese Remnants are skilled in liquid magic from their need to extract water from the barren land. As such, they have become the foremost teachers of liquid magic in the empire. Buukpai itself is known as the town that specializes in hydr-esh magic. Aside from the teachers that populate the village, there are several other examples of the town's connection to liquids. 
It is the only place in the barren with working fountains and running water. These things are present in areas such as Niuus that are on rivers, but they look very different to what the Farenese Remnants have produced. There are also specific clothes, foods, and other goods that revolve around water, particularly storage. They have become extremely skilled in creating pouches that can hold far more water than would appear. By compressing and holding the water, they are able to increase the density. In order to keep it in this position without the need for constant active work by the caster, they have developed a myriad of techniques. Each producer of a pouch has their own and this is the staple of Buukpai.
