Hristina Uenemet

A descendent of Osk Uenemet and sister to Genadi Uenemet, she is the head of the Defense Department. The Uenemet and Shiroko families have been very close since the time of Ilya’s conquest and in the beginning there was a lot of intermarriage between the two. However, as the inbreeding began, this fell away and a standard familial friendship took its place. She has taken toward military and strategic matters much more than her brother and is highly interested in the defense of the empire. She worked with Ilyannoi as a young soldier and grew very close to the creatures through her service, particularly at the end of the Fourth Great War. A close friend of the ruling family, she sees Taras Shiroko's value as both a magical ruler and tool to win the populace. His magical similarities to Ilya and his willingness to use the Ilyannoi as both overt threats and spies have piqued her interest very much, distinctly more than Andriy did. She wants him to push the treaty aside and make as many creatures as he wants in order to know everything that goes on inside and outside of the empire. Her biggest priority is keeping the empire running and the Shiroko Dynasty in power (right alongside her family).
