Zhenya Moshinati

The Moshinati family is a native to Eoion, having been citizens since before Ilya’s ascension. However, they were only minor nobles and have spent many centuries strategically rising up. Zhenya was given his position by Taras Shiroko  mostly because he wanted someone to oversee the family he had in place as ambassadors and thought that someone outside of the family would be a better supervisor than someone within. Zhenya himself knows to bow when in front of the emperor, but very much likes lording his position over some of the members of the royal family, seeing it as his chance to get one up on the Shiroko dynasty. He does his job exceptionally well, but only in order to keep it. If he were to mess up, he could be demoted just as easily as he was given his post.
