Time

Scholars believe Time was the first of the Vis to realize awareness, possibly as soon as the breaches occured between universes to allow Selesyta's creation. Some even believe he's still around and somehow managed to escape the ending of the others. It would be hard to know either way, as he keeps a pretty low profile.   While Life, Death and Fate feature predominately in the old myths, especially those around finding and promoting mortals to godhood with the Mantles, Time is almost never seen or even mentioned. It's assumed he can take any shape he chooses, like the others, but every tradition and tale has him in the form of a nervous teenage boy, an apprentice afraid of his own shadow.

Divine Domains

Unlike the gods, the Vis didn't have previous lives before they came into their power and being. So one of the things they had to do as they wandered around primeval Selestya was learn to people, and poor Time never really seemed to have gotten the hang of it. In a metaphysical sense, people are always stressing about time anyway and he seems to have taken this personally as well.   The Vis figure largely in the creation of the gods myths, but Time doesn't show up in these often, either. The only instance in which he plays a central role is the duel between Merlyn and Orcus, where he adjudicates, and makes them both gods, much to the annoyance of his brother Death.
