Bards of Balrand

Bogel Balrand was a well known bard who lived over 5,000 years ago, and yet to this day the Bards of Balrand remain. They are a group of songwriters, poets, actors, and entertainers renowned across the land. There is a college of Balrand located in the Bizmanthi Empire, where many of the best bards study.
