Carceri
The Tarterian Depths of Carceri, also known as Tarterus, is an Outer Plane realm between chaotic and neutral evil. It's located between Hades, the land of Devils and the Abyss, the land of Demons, so there are often battles between the two here. They do, however, mostly leave the native denizens (primarily demodands) alone.
