The Collector

The Collector owns a shop called The Moonlight Requisition, aptly named for it's suspiciously acquired items, and magical goods with odd or potentially dangerous effects.
Shady, flirty, twitchy, but very knowledgable, and with many connections. They're a surprisingly genuine and kind person if you're considered a friend, but fromm the surface they seem very playful, but shallow.
